You reserve the right to return the products you purchased from our company and request their replacement

  1. in the cases where with proven fault of Mopatex Hellas you were delivered other or substantially different products than the ones you ordered
  2. in all cases in which the product is defective or lacks an agreed quality and provided that
    1. not otherwise provided by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty and the product is under warranty, in which case the warranty terms apply or
    2. if there is no guarantee under (i) the legal limitation of the buyer’s rights has not occurred
    3. if there is no warranty under (i) and the defect or missing quality is not material.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their exchange with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within twenty (20) days of receiving the product.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request payment of the price you paid us:

  1. in all cases in which the product is defective or lacks an agreed quality and provided that
    1. not otherwise provided by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty and the product is under warranty, in which case the warranty conditions apply or
    2. if there is no guarantee under (i) the legal statute of limitations of the buyer’s rights has not expired or
    3. if there is no warranty under (i) and the defect or missing quality is not material and
  2. within 14 days of delivery of the product

Mopatex Hellas is liable for compensation in the event of a lack of an agreed quality or the existence of a defect only if this has been caused by its fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.

In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition they were received, intact and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that accompanied the product in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. .e.g. DAT, Retail Dept. etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to contact the company first. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. contact the company on the same day or the next working day, 2. in case of changing the product within 20 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with article 5 par.10 of Law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT , Retail Dept. etc.)

Cancellation of Order

The order can be canceled in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the online order process you can go to the “My cart” page and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “delete” button . If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call our company and one of our associates will take care of canceling your order.
